	New Year's Journey -- A Year With The Bible
	A Christianity Today article proclaims, "Americans love their Bibles, so much that they keep them in pristine, unopened condition." First Presbyterian Church is going to defy that trend and read the Bible -- the whole Bible -- this year. Beginning January 1, we will accept the challenge to truly become the "people of the Book." Booklets of daily readings (now available) will guide your spending 15-20 minutes with the Word. If you like, you can come on Sunday mornings at 9:30 to talk about what you've read. Post questions on a special bulletin board or send them in to The Chimes. However you decide to participate, the important thing is to join in the journey!
